    Pickled Eggs.

Mama had five fresh ones out of date. So since being a child of the depression I cant stand to see anything wasted so I boiled em up and made some. Couldn't find Hawg Riders famous recipe so tried this one. Had most everything they called for including the fresh Habs. Will test em in a week or so.

Sounds good. I made some taco pickled eggs a couple three weeks ago. Yum!

Sounds good. Sampled one of the previous batch today. Probably a month or so in the pickle. Wasn't bad. Had to use mainly red wine and apple cider vinegar on that one cause we was near out of white.

Basically my dill egg recipe brine minus the dill with taco seasoning that we make our selves. Its the same seasonings you would put in burger for tacos.

    Pretty tasty.
