    .38 and .45 are pretty straight forward cartridges to load. Do you have specific questions or are you looking for general lessons in reloading. If you're just starting out I would recommend picking up a good loading manual which will have a getting started section in it. Read that before you buy any equipment so you know exactly what you need. Specific questions fire away, I'm sure someone will have the answers you need.
