It’s About Time For That 3 Sisters Garden

What is a “Three Sisters Garden” you ask?

It is an ancient Native American method of gardening using an inter-cropping system which is comprised of growing 3 different variety of crops. By the time European settlers arrived in America in the early 1600s, the Iroquois had been growing the “three sisters” for over three centuries. The vegetable trio sustained the Native Americans both physically and spiritually.

Age old neat concept. I haven't practiced it. As I don't have room or enough sun for corn. But I have friends who swear by it.

Hmm... that 3 sisters garden title suddenly brought back a flood of memories of a little honky tonk I used to frequent back in the 80's. It's name was Three Sisters Lounge but everybody called it "6 Tits" because... you guessed it, 3 sisters actually owned it!! I only ever got to sample 4 of them as the last 2 were attached to a stone cold bitch!!! No "Hat Trick" for poor ole rept!!! LOL

In my younger and wilder days I once pulled off what I refer to as a trifecta... In one day but they weren't sisters lol
