    we are being lazy and going to a local Italian food bar few blocks away from home so I wont loose my buzz in the commute.
    Great news though even without being done my basement has no water with this rain so far. I am sure that when I finish up tomorrow it will be dry permanently

    Thats all I did to dry up my basement at my last house was improve the grade all around the house. Didn't cost me anything but dirt and grass seed.

    Let me confess, way back before marriage and a career there is nothing more horrible than waking up in a cheap motel to warm whiskey, a very fat woman, and no money that makes a man want to quit drinking. and yes I have told this story to my dear wife.
