    What canner do you use?

Just wanted to see what all canners and bottlers people on here use.

We use the Weck, it is the best we can find in Europe but so far in 12 years it has not let us down. We can steam up plenty of fruits, herbs and fungi for bottling and for canning it is really nice because of the presets. Even canning meats you can not mess up.

They're both Presto, . . . one with a wiggler, . . . one with a gauge, . . . plus one up in the closet that is as old if not older than me (72), . . . haven't used it in a while.

Size??? All three are big enough to can 7 qts at one time, . . .

Never heard of Weck on this side of the pond.

    May God bless,
    Dwight

If you can breathe, . . . thank God.

If you can read, . . . thank a teacher.

If you can read in English, . . . thank a veteran.

We have an All-American pressure canner. It worked good in Minnesota, but Mrs Inor has not tried it in AZ yet.

I got the same one as hawg. I'd love to have an All American one day. I really like that gasket free design.
