Carpet Cleaning? I run a multi truck fleet of carpet cleaners. Are you IICRC certified? Portable or truckmount? PTO or slide in? Per square foot or by the room? What solutions do you run? Best cleaning to me means unless you're running a $67,000 per truck outfit with uniformed certified technicians, it ain't the best. I'm curious about other fleets.

Also, I don't think this is your best demographic....

Sorry, 100% hardwoods and Tile in Slippy Lodge. Not a carpet to be cleaned for at least a mile!

I am saving to re - floor my house. I haven't decided on the material yet but I love the look of stone tile and hardwood. It will be easier to maintain after SHTF too

    Arklatex,
When we built Slippy Lodge, we found some tile that looks like wood. It was an overrun that one of the tile stores had from a previous large project and we picked it up for about half the cost of average bathroom floor tile. We had enough to tile the walls in the Master Shower and it gives it a look of a wood wall. Just an idea.

Some of the smaller independent tile companies will work with you if they have some "distressed inventory" that they've been carrying for a while.
