PSA/CHF flat top upper,with 14.7 mid length gas barrel,made by FN. Has pinned "F" marked FSB and pinned A2 flash hider bringing barrel length to 16.1"
Has stock PSA skinny handguards. I can email pics

I shot less than 200 rounds through this upper,there is a little finish wear inside the upper receiver from the charging handle . This thing will shoot accurate,fast and a long,long time
The only reason for selling is that I have no dedicated lower for it and I'm not going to let it morph into another AR.
No Bolt Carrier Group or Charging Handle Included.
