Non refundable. If you place Bond, 20,000 and go to court, then you get your 20G back.
I bet they never make it to court, the feds will give them imunity, and safekeeping, from the public, because we wont stand for this shit.
They will be carted off, somewhere, rent free, and get healthcare for life.

Update, the POS prosecuting attornies didn't "file charges with time limit" so three of the five pukes got released, no word on if they can be re charged, or what. NM is livid, but nobody wants to stand up and demand answers.. People are blaming the judge, but this screw up is on the prosecuters.
