This year was a total disaster as far as the garden and canning. Our salsa supply was low but we thought we might make it to next season with a little luck. Wife found an ad that someone had bushels of roma tomatoes. They only had one bushel left by the time I got there. Made 25 pints of a milder salsa as requested by my younger daughter. The smell of it cooking still lingers in the house. It was a long night to finish at 1am last night. 5502
