Hello all. I am fairly new to this and suck at introductions. I'm in rural South Carolina. I'm interested in learning anything and everything that can help me to become more independent, prepared or self sufficient. I currently have chickens and a garden. I've been doing a lot of canning and long term food storage. Just want to learn as much as I can about a variety of topics.
