I am hesitant on trying new stuff in the instant pot, someone mentioned mashed potatoes?
Cant find it?
Also, we haven't really ventured past the soups and pasole yet, help me out..

Up here they are called slow cookers and pressure cookers not to be confused with pressure canners.

No, its not a slow cooker. Its faster. A combination of a slow cooker, and a pressure cooker.
The wife made some super bomb ass chili beans in it last night, with Elk meat and red chile.
I honestly think it was the best chili i have had in my 45 years of this world.

An electric pressure cooker. All I have is a small regular pressure cooker used on a stove top. We're looking into one of the electric pressure cookers. They are quite pricey though.
