Anybody got experience fixing the stuck triggers on these? I’ve pulled valve bodies on the 1/2” guns before, I don’t know if this one is the same? I never use it except working on my dump truck driveline. Did brakes this past weekend and had to use my 3/4” to tighten down the lugnuts which isn’t the best.

Disconnect air line -- spray in as much carb cleaner as the wrench will hold - reconnect the line and blow the cleaner through the wrench -- maybe two or 3 times to clean out the crap -- if it frees up the trigger -- follow up with white spray lithium grease -- if not -- take it all apart & clean by hand --
P/S -- pics of all the crap that comes out -- please --

Yeah I know they get loaded up with crap, this one has probably never been cleaned and it was my grandfathers. He gave it to me in his will! Along with a cutting torch and stick welder! Told all the other grandkids to piss off.

I have a regulator with the water separator but I can’t really use it with this gun because of the line pressure drop on the filter. This gun uses 15 CFM. I do oil it whenever I use it.
