I love my job! People pay me to come out and take their meat and put it in my freezer.
Of course not every stop turns out like this but a good bit of them do. I have a 10 cu ft freezer full of free deer meat. When a deer attempts to hop a fence occasionally they don't make it. I put them down, carve them up and pour tasty sauces on them.

IDK. Maybe OP is hung up on a fence when he took the picture. Those pesky fences!

Nice, a never ending supply of venison. Sounds good to me.

Butterflied backstraps pan fried in garlic butter? That's my favorite. Although I've been known to take a big steak and cover it in my BBQ rub then throw it on the Weber. Cook it very rare and man is it good. Great now I want venison again. Thanks a lot. I don't see those 2 deer lasting until next November.

Has to be pan fried in cast iron, any other pan and it wouldn't taste right.
