Never really thought about getting an AR platform pistol but Son1 brought over his newly acquired Palmetto State Armory P-15 with a 10.5" barrel carbine.

He added some Magpul Back Up Iron Sights and it took us a few shots to get the little fire breathing dragon dialed in and then we began to bang some steel plates at +-100 yards. The trigger was a bit "gritty" but very use-able even though PSA claims its an enhanced trigger. But my review may not be credible since I had just shot about 60 rounds with my Springfield TRP 1911 with its 4 lb trigger.

I didn't use the factory "brace" but Son1 reported it was easy to use and the carbine was a pleasure to shoot away from the shoulder in a pistol style position.

The little carbine weighs next to nothing and Recoil was also next to NOTHING. We shot 62gr Federal XM855 5.56 ammo.

Nice little bit of fire from the muzzle blast from the Fluted Flash Can style muzzle devise. Standing to the left of the firearm created a nice little blast but the shooter barely noticed any blow back.

The 1-7 twist barrel was accurate to 1" at 25 meters and hitting 8" plates at +- 100 yards was a piece of cake with the MBUS iron sights.

I would recommend this as a nice little truck gun or a GHB accessory. Slippy Approved!

I love the AR pistol platform. With a brace you don't have to go to all the SBR bull shit with the government and it makes a great home defense or truck weapon.
