Just wanted to say hello. I am a former US Marine, then went to work as a Security Contractor and Oil Rig Diver. I am a several generation Floridian and my fiance and I cut roots and moved out to Montana to a 60,000 acre spread. I am a member of a few other Ga and Fl sites and will put this onmy list.. Myself and my fiance and then a buddy of mine and his wife and 2 kids.. Yea, it's a big place. 17x47 miles. Our closest neighbor is about 30 miles away and that is my buddies brother. After that is another 15-20 miles.

That is pretty sweet, unless you need to run to the grocery store. haha. How long does it take for Amazon Prime to get to you? That would be invaluable I suppose.

It takes about 2 hrs or so to go to town. About 2.5-3hrs now with the snow the way it is. The area is awesome. I can go outside and shoot all day long and nobody can hear me. Not to mention all the game we see..

Sounds like a dream come true. Nothing like being able to get out and enjoy nature and being able to bring home a fresh meal when the need arrives.

I tell people that the piece of land I am on is bigger than most counties in Florida/Georgia. Is there a post count you have to have before posting pics? I tried and it's not workin. It might be me though..
