More than 75 percent of Americans will be allowed to vote by mail in the 2020 presidential election scheduled for November, according to a report from the New York Times on Tuesday.

Voting methods are, under the Constitution, up to the states. The states haven't change WHO is allowed to vote, just HOW they are allowed to vote.

In the end, it means we're screwed, so we'd better get ready for the ride!
