But enough about us . . . welcome aboard . . . my Momma was a single mom for a while . . . I was her "only" at the time . . . things turned out good enough for me to be here some 76 years later . . . so there's hope . . . just keep looking up . . . that's exactly what she did . . . worked for her.

Me, I am working on my two acre property, recently converted from propane to Natural gas, and loving the 80 dollars a month versus the 300 dollar a month bills.
Next, I wanna investigate drilling a well?

I never gave them a chance to check my head . . . figured I was doing them a big enough favor . . . letting them see the body I brought home . . . the mind ain't none of their business.

Besides that . . . only knew one ****ist that was worth his salt on a sardine sandwich . . . and he didn't connect with VA . . .

If some day I go off the deep end . . . at least I'll have the satisfaction that I was the one that caused it . . . not some pimple faced shrink trying to pay off a 200K$ college loan bill by shrinkin for the VA.

I have talked to both psychiatrist at the VA and several therapists. The shrink i respect he pushes nothing always listens and gives doesn't do anything over the top. I mostly see him for meds to help with the sleep related issues of my PTSD.
The first therapist was a putz and never really seemed to listen but judged, so when I brought this up to the Doc he got me a new one. I really liked this one despite his being a Steelers fan, he listened talked didn't judge, didn't push things. After about 18 months he got promoted to see all the therapists in the northern facilities.
The next 2 were useless then 2020 hit and so I stopped trying, maybe when things level off I will try again with someone new maybe I won't as always I will do it one day at a time and at my choice.
