First of all, it was not spied. Ford left it out for publicity
When I worked at Troy Truck and Bus (GM), there was always a cameraman across the parking lot waiting for a chance at a picture.
When we were getting close to finishing up a prototype, we'd just move it outside to clean the garage.
The picture would be on the local news that night.

We’re likely looking at an off-road-focused trim right here, as it’s rocking chunky Falken Wildpeak all-terrain tires. Though its ground clearance looks compromised in front with the under bumper spats. The C-shaped headlights are a definite go, and both the size and shape remind of the big F-150.
