ketchup list isn't too bad....... but check the ingredients on mayo for instance. Disgusting what they put in a jar of mayo. We try to make our own condiments as well as the "essentials" The end product of homemade make the effort worth it.

Sounds mighty yummy. Tomatoes are generally regarded as having some unique cancer fighting properties. Maybe need to be classed as essential.

Inor's #1 rule of prepping: Our preps should improve our quality of life now, whenever practical. +1 on the homemade ketchup (or homemade anything else).

Not crazy bout ketchup, but the wife uses lots of tomato sauce and paste.
Anything homemade is better, in my opinion.
