Stories about measles outbreaks in New York, California, and Texas have been in the news lately, complete with fear-inducing headlines and pro-vaccine propaganda.

Naturally, those who choose to opt out of vaccinations tend to be blamed for outbreaks.

What gets me is the flu shot.

They base it off last years flu strain. Unless I've developed time travel and plan to go back a year it is a pointless shot

You should also be wary if you are on a prescription that only comes in a name brand and is not available in a generic. The name brand drugs have a 20 year patent and 15 years is research and development. They have 5 years to sell enough prescriptions to turn a profit.

Have you guys and gals noticed yet that its getting hard to find a doctor named Smith , Jones, Johnson ? But its fairly easy to find

And have you noticed yet how long it takes to make a appointment with a regular doctor let alone a specialist ?

It's because the American kids smart enough to get through Med school, are smart enough to realize that they don't WANT to get into medicine now.

Try to find a North American Doctor under 40 years old today. My old doctors office hired a few fresh out of med school but that was about 1998. One of my neighbors kids was in med school less than 3 years ago.
