Did something different today . . . baked a lemon pound cake.
Made it out of corn flour instead of wheat flour . . . lady we baked it for is gluten intolerant.
Anyway . . . I'll find out this weekend how she does with it.
I already know it is some kind of good. Kinda reminds me of them days back when "peaches and pound cake"
