For those of you who, like me, keep an eye to the sky at solar activity, NASA is launching the DSCOVR spacecraft today (Sunday) at 1810 EST. DISCOVR will be positioned between Earth and our sun to observe and (hopefully) forewarn us of hazardous solar phenomena. I imagine the launch will be carried by NASA TV.
