The amendment grants "emergency powers" to the WHO in the time of a global health emergency. It allows for WHO compliance tracking in all WHO member nations (ours). From what I can tell, the only way to reverse this is for the WHO committee to vote against the Biden amendments granting them more power, or convince Biden to retract his own amendments... neither of which seem plausible. They also changed the window to withdraw from the pact from 18 months down to 6... meaning the window closes this Nov during lame-duck congress...

The Biden WH tried to keep this under wraps as they filed the amendments in January.. they only came to light when the WHO put them on their website in April.

In and of itself it seems a small little thing that will be little noticed or even impactful until you add it to all the other little unnoticed things they are putting in place. update..... evidently sunshine is the best disinfectant for these roaches, apparently the amendments that biden put forth have failed to get unanimous consent from all the countries (possibly due to the outcry over them). But they have now been thrown out and replaced.

Evidently these are not part of the "treaty" process that is set to be drafted and voted on in the future. These amendments are simply forged out in the back room and not presented until they will get no (coerced) objections. causing them simply to be adopted.

I fear they will just do it under the cloak of darkness when nobody is the wiser.
