Interesting for under 20 bucks- Amazon has them.

Features:
It has a three push button switch settings – OFF, LOW & HIGH light settings. 14 – 16 hours of lighting on LOW mode (soft glow) and 8 – 10 hours of lighting on HIGH mode for reading (bright).
High efficiency built in solar panel recharges internal battery in approximately 6 – 7 hours of sunlight
Waterproof up to 1 meter deep (FL 1 STANDARD IPX-7) and float upon the top of water
Measurements are 8.5 x 0.2 x 12.2 inches when fully inflated but compactly deflates and folds away to a mere 5 x 3 x 0.25 inches and only weighs under 2.9 ounces.
There is a small snap to keep it securely folded and carabiner loop for easy charging on the go (hang it from a backpack, in a home window or tree to recharge) http://thehomesteadsurvival.com/luminaid-solar-inflatable-light-emergency-preparedness-item/

That might be a nice addition for any boat survival kit.

That looks nice. I would like to add this one too. Its like the old 6 volt floating flashlights, but it is LED and uses 4 AA batteries. The space where the 6 volt was is a waterproof area now. Should have three different lighting modes and will turn on when dropped in water So it is easier to find. That is all, thank you.
