I know its probably not possible, but would be nice if every company that made Ar's had trigger groups, etc. interchangeable. We're talking about taking back our country. I know, you need replacement parts, you can only buy from them. $$$

I was soured on S + W when they caved in to the Clinton Gun grabbers in the 1990s then ruined Thompson Center Arms.
TC is just making a comeback under new ownership this year. They will be making the Encore and Contender pistols again. I'm hoping they will resume production of their traditional MLers.

You can get a number of drop in triggers. CMC, Timney and Geissele are three brands that I have used. CMC and Timney (to me) are nice affordable options that perform well. I have a Geissele on a Geissele AR pistol and it is REALLY NICE.

I paid around $900.00 for my AR-10 .308 around the time Obama oozed into office. I waited too long....and then not long enough. I prefer to build my rifles nowadays. That way I get what I want right off the bat. I prefer the Rise Armament drop-in triggers. They were under a hundred at Optics Planet last time I looked.
