Peaches

Canned 9 quarts of peaches from my tree. I use white grape juice instead of sugar-water syrup.

I love canned sliced peaches in heavy syrup, but, they never go on sale $$$!!:( Prep wise, gotta have fruit to add to the shtf diet of rice and beans.
