Hawgrider,
Your list contains no antibiotics. I will agree that they are valuable for a lot of reasons and their antibiotic properties is just one.
There is a big difference between "antibiotic properties" and "antibiotic".

I'm not trying to give you a hard time - I just have this need to put out correct information to those who might not know the difference. Someone could read your post and believe that those items on the list are a substitute for antibiotics.

Most soaps have antibiotic properties too and that is one thing that ought to be on everyones list.

Its not my list. Its for your reading pleasure. Just because I post somebody's else's article doesn't mean I personally am recommending the methods or practice. I post the reading I find interesting and share it to inspire thought. Just want to make that clear. The source is clearly posted as a quote.

Its a good list, but in case you didn't know, you can buy actual antibiotics over the counter (so to speak)

Pharmacy grade amoxicillin for the layman.

They also have other types of antibiotics, they are a LOT more than getting a prescription but the point is you don't need one.

Here is a decent post about them

That being said, I also use raw garlic sliced and downed with a glass of water as a preventative measure, I would also suggest vinegar as a natural antibiotic.
