Interesting/enticing price point but quality or longevity? Hard pass.

Yeah, if it's a deal too good to walk past, I'll keep walking.

I have a sightmark NV scope. It’s 8 power and full sized. Not a mini. I bought it to fill the “just in case” category just prior to the 2000 election. I shoot it once a year just to check rifle zero and function. It’s OK for its price point. It’s not military grade hardware, but it ain’t 6 thousand dollars either.

Not a night vision but I'm liking this one:

Sig Sauer ROMEO4S 1x20mm Ballistic Circle Plex Reticle Red Dot Optic.

I can't find it now, but a while back came upon a digital scope good out to 800 yrds, the images were out-fucking-standing!!!! That said, as someone who has worked with electronics I'm leary of this stuff failing when you need it most. Ya Ya, the military uses it it. I like my prism scope on my AR, you got cross hairs, dead battery or not. These circuit boards are soldered in a solder bath, to be even close to reliable you'd have to open them up and hand solder joints. Who knows, maybe the Mil already does that with those they put into service.

I've fixed tons of problems that just had cold solder joints, this, I shit you not. You can tell a cold joint, looks gray, a proper joint is shiny.

Everything made by man has a percentage of failure factor formulated in. How much failure is acceptable? NONE. when you life depends on it!!! You decide. I like red dots and what not, but do not count on them when the chips are down.

I have a friend who is in love with red dots. Puts em on everything he gets. But the dumb ass never zeros any of his iron sights. He relies 100% on a functioning red dot without thought of what might happens when the sight fails. Dumb!

BB's rule. BUIS first, then optic.
