Hello everyone. Got the invite from a buddy today. Told me this is where all the cool kids hangout. Hope to get to know a few new fellas, and also reconnect with some people I haven't heard from in a while. I live in East Cobb Marietta GA. I am in the residential, commercial security(cctv) industry. I like moonlit walks on the beach, and riding horses bareback.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but does anyone have contact info for Bypass? Could anyone query the old forum to see if it's attainable?
Thanks, I'd truly appreciate it.

Welcome from a former Atlantan. Once Bobby Cox and Chipper Jones retired and the Thrashers left I felt obliged to get the puck out of there!
East Cobb, Youth Baseball Capital of the World if I remember correctly.

Losing the thrashers was a real kick in the pants.

Yes indeed. They got no support from the folks so it got too difficult to get and KEEP a superstar. Plus the practice facilities were freakin subpar and the players thought it was bush league. The Thrasher organization couldn't figure out how to support youth hockey either and if they had, they would have built a great fan base. Too bad that's for sure.

I think Atlanta is just not a hockey town. The same thing happened with the Flames. They moved to Calgary and now they sell out every game.
