I dunno, and I haven't gotten my hands on one yet. When it comes to lowers, it could say Hi-Point for all I care..as you know it's just a stamp.
Regardless the forger, I'm sure it's a perfectly serviceable lower.

Rollmarks mean nothing! I always laugh when AR snobs bash my Anderson lower saying their colt or spikes is superior, then i see the cerro forge mark on all three...
