Ahhhh, . . . take a chill pill, . . . y'all just havin' a hot flash.

I had to put on a hooded sweatshirt and coveralls to go rototill some gardens today for some neighborhood folks.

Hope we have at least a 5 or 6 day summer this year, . . . but it ain't lookin' good yet.

It was some kind of cold that day, . . . kinda warmed up, . . . been raining ever since.

I don't know what the overall rain count has been in central Ohio for this spring and summer, . . . but a week ago Saturday, . . . I dumped the rain gauge, it had two inches in it . . . last Saturday, I dumped it again, . . . had 3 inches in it then, . . . looking out the front window, . . . it's a tad below one inch now, . . . and this is only Monday.

I gave up on my garden this year, . . . gonna wait until it dries up a bit, . . . go look and see if there is anything edible in there, . . . doubt if I'll find much in the weeds that are almost 2 feet tall.
