I'm thinking this is kind of a bad idea...

But the planes can capture video of unrelated criminal activity on the ground that could be handed over for prosecutions.

This in combination with getting ID'd via cell phone... Is that not a violation of the 1st?

Watched a debate about this yesterday, (on the news channels that I DO get because we still have satelite tv).
Obummer is going around congress by passing these things down to the DOS. And we thought he was stupid...
I've got nothing to hide...:halo:

Doesn't matter if you have something to hide, or not. It is illegal per the Constitution.

When it goes against the constitution it is called UNLAWFULL. It can be legal (if a law is passed) but it remains unlawful.

Any unlawful act that becomes "common practice" becomes enforceable in the courts until it is challenged by a higher court. It is unlawful throughout the entire process.

I just had a remarkable thought. I am going to get a big umbrella and have "NOT in MY BACK YARD" printed on the top.
That way when they fly over all they see is the message and not me!
