Goodies Recipes?

What "treats" do you make for yourselves? We talk about survival food and flavored jerky but how about something for a sweet tooth. I have a fudge recipe I like but it's pretty expensive to have around all the time.

I have looked at making Ice Cream in the past also, but I don't see where I'm saving any money making my own after buying the ingredients. Although I like homemade better (which means I would eat more of it and my figure sure doesn't need that).

I don't eat many sweets. But I do like a trail mix with M&M's in it.
Oh, and pistachios or cashews.

I'll have to ask the wife. She makes rice crispies treats that are so good you will go through withdrawals when the pan is finished. It's real cheap to make as well.
