A while back Will2 tried to explain that squatters have rights to just go in and start living in other peoples homes or lands. He also said that "international law" backs his claim.

Me and my Sheriff assure you that squatters have no rights in our county. F*** international law...

Hate to say it but he is sorta correct. Squatters have taken over Detoilet homes and the cops cannot evict them even when the rightful owner has the deed in hand. Its messed up!

Same here,under an abandoned bridge nearby where we walk our dog.yesterday,someone had a fire going.I would never walk up to someone doing that.let them squat there,leo can deal with it.

in buffalo ny I lived about 5 miles from a place called squaw island and its a sh*t hole filled with homless and you fine the kids we all used to go there to place hide and go seek and wargames with BBguns,
they had a few murders and the bikepath rapist had done evil acts in the high numbers and a few of the ladies never walked away from the scene if you get what I mean.
few of the homeless used to make some crazy small homes made but this guy taken the cake

Generally because its the job of the police to enforce court orders
The property owner needs to go through a formal eviction process, even if its for "John Doe at 123 Main Street"
THAT is what the police will enforce
