What kind of knives do you carry in your BOB?

The title is self explanatory. Just wondering what blades you carry in your BOB, and the reason you carry your particular knives.

I carry 3 knives in my BOB. I have a Becker BK9 as my primary knife. I like it as it is an execllent chopper, has a long enough blade to be used as a makeshift machete, is durable, and performs well at most bushcraft tasks. I also carry a Mora Companion in carbon steel for smaller work (like using as a fire steel striker). Lastly, I have a Becker Remora. It is a small stainless steel knife that pairs with my BK9. I wrapped the awful handle in paracord. I plan using this tiny little knife for things I need to do as sterile as possible.

Bonus knife is a Leatherman Wave.

My BOB is also designed for a fairly decent trek to my BOL.

I don't have any special knives
I have a off brand multiple tool 2 folders one is a Gerber parlty serrated. One full blade walmart knife
My hunting Buck knife
then I have a Gerber shot machete an hatchet for clearing an bush craft.

In my Get Home Bag I have a Gerber Folder and a full sized KA-BAR. In my truck I have a Kershaw folder and an original Leatherman. I don't have any ill conceived ideas to use my knives for self defense, I have bigger and better things for that. At home I got more knives than you can stir with a stick.

Slippy, question; why you got so many knives at home? Answer; because I forget where I put most of them so the more I have the better chance I have of finding one when I need one!

But in my bag, the KA-BAR for shelter building, wood cutting, big jobs. Leatherman for equipment repairs etc. Gerber and Kershaw both are razor sharp for various cutting/gutting.

I have nothing special in my GHB, just a fixed blade Buck knife and a Gerber multi-tool. I always carry a Benchmade folder or Kershaw folder in my pocket.

On my get home bag there is a Leatherman M.U.T., and a Schrade SCHF9 lashed in its sheath to the outside. I did a review on it a while back.

It should also be noted that besides my Get-Home Bag, as an EDC, I have a Leatherman Wave and a cheap Kershaw on me at all times.

I've got a buck 119 and recently replaced my Schrade old timer with a Vic Farmer. I also have a Bahco Laplander folding saw. I Edc a spyderco pm2 so that's always on me.

I have a Swiss Army knife. It's kept in the med bag. Then a pocketknife by American Cutlery. And a hatchet.
These are all utilitarian. I have no thoughts to hand to hand combat. I'm married to a big guy. Nuff said.
