While I was in flight yesterday, it seems the power went out in San Francisco, L.A. and New York City. Since the east and west coasts are on two completely different power grids, it seems a little too coincidental that both would have non-weather related outages at the same time.

What say y'all?

I read that story. I also think it could even be the US government doing this. Our government and media have been priming us for war for a long time (Putin is Hitler-Russian interference in elections, etc). Something like could be used a false flag to start that pesky World War 3 Albert Pike wrote about and craved to make a world socialist state.

Certainly more than a coincidence. I suspect that some cyber-hackers are planning something big with the grid and doing some smaller tests.

Even the MSM is picking up the story. But then, something this big is hard to hide. They are blaming it on "failing infrastructure"
Well, this sucks, regardless of the reasons.

Well, . . . I heard all of the "shovel ready" infrastructure problems were corrected with the 10 trillion a former president spent.

Surely, . . . MSM and a president wouldn't lie now would they?

May God bless,
Dwight

my wife even are not big on conspiracies
even she stretching her head and says this looks to be a hack job or the government testing to see on a small scale of what happens with no power grid

I'm more inclined to believe it was due to solar activity.

How do you figure that? We're on the downside of the solar cycle, haven't had an X-classor anything significant directed our year in months. If it were due to a solar wind. the outages would still be going on. As the solar wind is active now, if we see more outages this week, I MIGHT be inclined to agree with you, but the readings from Spaceweather.com don't justify it right now.

Squirrels knock out more grids than Russians or Aliens ever have. Not sure what happened this particular time, but it is true that we waste money everywhere but at home. We can't have an worldwide empire without skimping a little at home, get used to it...

Could it possibly be our aging infrastructure?.

It is also the beginning months of summer, which means more people are going to be using fans and household/window AC units. Those are huge power draws when on, and have a considerable amount of 'pull,' when first starting. That has been known to cause brown outs and black outs before, and when you couple that with an aging infrastructure and an ever increasing consumption of power by our gadgets . . . its not surprising at all.

I had to completely disassemble my treadmill to figure out why it quit working. When it was in in pieces all over my deck I noticed a mouse nest tucked up where the power cord came in. when I dug it out I noticed a little two inch ground wire was pulled out underneath it. The worst part was putting it back together.

I think you misrepresent the Pike/Mazzini Letter. We keep a weather eye out for Nihilists... The socialists have had their day.

Back to the Russians...
