I see on USGS that Yellowstone has been percolating today.
Nothing big, but more active than it had been.

only thing I think can be more scarier then yellowstone popping is the popping of Michael moores pimples under his fat folds or one of Madonna's STD warts that is known to knock out satellites in space

maybe the tranny aka michael obama is in the area and every time he gets a good laugh his adam's apple goes up and comes down like a meteoroid hitting the earth.
or bill Clinton is chasing cubby women and Hillary is behind him trying to catch up, and as we know she has a huge ass and each ass cheek can be making a tremors due to the shockwave it produces that travels down and onto the ground.
these are just mine and my people who live in my head theories and we know a few of them are way out there from normalcy

They do fracking west of us in Oklahoma, and south of us in Arkansas about 90-100 miles away. And I'm just a little over 100 miles due west of the lower portion of the fault line.

One thing is for sure -- If she blows to supervolcano size, I would like to be right at ground zero and never know what hit me. No way do I want to drown in lung-filled ash that has turned to concrete.

As an aside -- I thought the technical aspects of the movie were well done, probably pretty close to reality.

More than 800 earthquakes have now been recorded at the Yellowstone Caldera, a long-dormant supervolcano located in Yellowstone National Park, over the last two weeks – an ominous sign that a potentially catastrophic eruption could be brewing. However, despite earthquakes occurring at a frequency unseen during any period in the past five years, the US Geological Survey says the risk level remains in the “green,” unchanged from its normal levels, according to Newsweek.

look how people throw parties when killer storms coming at them, some of these fools will throw a BBQ about 500 miles thinking they are all ok until that sky darkens on post to be a cloudless day.
even then they will hold a beer to it eating a grilled hotdog and laughing about it till its too late

If there was, . . . no way to broadcast it, . . .

And it don't look like it will swallow Chicago, . . . so what good is it if it blows???

Early Thursday morning, residents of southern Montana feared the worst when a 5.8 magnitude earthquake shook the region. Though its epicenter was only 230 miles from Yellowstone, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) says the seismic activity was not irregular, and the supervolcano is not expected to erupt anytime soon.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/natural-disaster-5-8-magnitude-150301642.html

Magnitude-5.8 earthquake strikes in western Montana: USGS
A magnitude-5.8 earthquake hit western Montana, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
People felt the tremor hundreds of miles away.
The earthquake struck five miles southeast of Lincoln, Montana, at about 12:30 a.m. local time.
