Sometimes it pays to think small…especially when it comes to eating in a survival situation.

It may sound unappetizing but pound for pound, insects are more valuable and nutritious than any meat…But how do you identify edible insects and stay away from the ones that could kill you? Find out below:

was at spencers years ago and my wife seen dried ranch flavor crickets
it was not bad. but the shell or what ever the skin is called was awful and was stuck in my teeth, I'm sure it was because it was dried and not roasted or some other way to cook them.
I can catch a cat or snakes way easier then look for what bug to eat and not worry about dying from it
they are heathy but it take hundreds to feel somewhat satisfied, then don't forget the amount of energy it take to look for the bugs if you don't already grow them.
I hate fish but here in KY ill fine 10 fish before I can fine 1 pound of editable bugs that I know will be 100% safe.

beside I prep for a damn reason so I don't eat jiminy cricket or that ****ing bug that's high as **** in alice in wonderland
