Lots of Elderberries in my neighborhood. One of my neighbors is quite good at making wine.

Both my grandfathers made an occasional batch wine for medicinal purposes of course. Id like to try it one of these days.

I never tried a elderberry
I know they can take up a huge amount of space and my grandfather used to make wine from them
also in history they were carried by doctors who made house calls
