I keep at least five gallons of this at the squirrel's nest at any given time. I use that much organic virgin coconut oil.
Check it out!

I use it after a bath/shower to dry off by displacing water. It moisturizes and has an SPF of 4. It's also anti fungal, So I use it on my feet too.
I eat at least a couple of tablespoons of Coconut oil a day as well. It's good for the thyroid, And helps with weight.

I knew coconuts had to be good for something! I don't know if anyone ever had to crack one open by hand but I have. I used a hammer and a door pin off of a 80's buick. Some of them have an eye you can poke out.
Anyway ill have to look into this. If its available locally or if I just order it.
I used to stock up on canned pineapple. The plan was to drink the juice and eat the pineapple. Thanks.

Scored some at Sams club. I just hope it doesn't give me diarrhea! I'm thinking of testing SquirrelBait's theory...
