We had something similar to these back in my "army" days.

Had one protecting a path into our "compound", . . . this dipstick major came up all turned around, . . . didn't know where he was, had been, or was going, . . .

He backed his jeep into the trip wire, . . . the thing went off about 5 feet from his head, . . . I think he lost about 5 pounds, . . . and had to go change.

I can still see the look on his face, . . . absolutely unmitigated terror and fear.

I think he probably still hates me.

Those are cool. I've never seen them out here.

Louder than a percussion cap -- not quite as loud as a .22LR --

But when the puppy's can hear your heart beat from 5' away -- I guess its loud ?
