    Supposedly everything they make is US, or it used to be that way. I had heard that they moved some items overseas, but I don't know for sure.

    I think it depends on the model, but I'm not sure. I just bought one the other day, I'll have to check the box.

    Hell even Buck has knives made in China now. Look very carefully at any knife you buy to see where it's made. Puma, Boker, Buck all have knives in their product lines that are made in China. Always double check.

    Very true that goes for certain Ka Bar blades and all the Smith&Wesson blades. Disappointing for sure.

    Actually S&W recently bought Taylor brands which owns Schrade, I have hope that one day Schrade knives will be made in this country again. Probably won't happen but I can hope.

    I had one for years, and used it a lot until I foolishly broke the tip. I fixed and it looks ok and still works well.



    Over all a very good knife.

    Alot are made in Taiwan now. I have too many knives but some are newer shrades and they dont disappoint. And if I lived in Finland I would probably buy some oars too.
