Well I never had a problem opening a knife before and Im paranoid it may open in my pocket, I move around alot at work.

And I recently got a crkt ruger which friggin hurts my thumb to open after I finally figured out the trick to it, but at least I know that one wouldnt open in pocket.

Got a kershaw Im deathly afraid to have in my pocket.

Yeah your paranoid. I've got a spring assist folder its the cats meow. Never once worried about it opening in a pocket.
Spring assist is much different than a actual switch blade.
