    Taco Seasoning

Wife found this recipe and thought I would share it. We tried it the other day and reduce the salt by half when I made taco chicken. . I think you could delete the salt altogether if you wanted. Also it looks promising to use my smoked onion, paprika and garlic powder to change things up. 2 tbsp. chilli powder 3 tsp. salt
5 tsp. paprika 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 tsp. onion powder

I think using smoked jalapeno instead of the cayenne would also be a nice change up.

    Enjoy!

We have been making our own taco, chile and spaghetti seasoning for a few years now. Much better than the store bought packets.
And not to mention all the junk you can't pronounce in the packets.

Just made a new batch of taco spice last night. Well... the wife did. And it needs a little more cumin. Last time she nailed it perfectly.
