    Garlic

    Finally got the scapes cut on the garlic that was ready. Ended up with over 5 lbs of scapes. Letting Hawgriders garlic go to seed so I'll have more of it to plant next year. This years scapes are going to be smoked and dehydrated and made into another spice since we still have some frozen from last year. Great addition to making homemade broth for chicken and noodles.
