Canned taters are the BEST! They are even better than fresh. There! I said it! Yes, canned taters are even more potatoy than fresh!

Mid-February, canned taters fried with garlic and a LOT of cheese and some bacon, man, you do not get better than that! Add in a couple half-ears of corn that you flash froze about now and you have the perfect meal in my arrogant opinion.
