    Leukemia Survivor Becomes US Marine

    As some of you may know, our Son 1 is a Leukemia Survivor. We take it for granted because he has done so well after being diagnosed at 5 years old (well over 20 years ago) and going thru 3+ years of Chemotherapy as well as Radiation Treatment. So it is always "grounding" for us to read or hear about Leukemia Survivors and what they accomplish after they are cured. Makes my heart happy.
