    That is not logical!

    Alcohol is an antiseptic. Antiseptics kill germs. Germs cause infections. By my logic, Slippy's alcohol consumption should help the antibiotics kill his infection!

    Slip: Dr Inor's prescription is to double, or better yet, triple you alcohol consumption while you are on the antibiotic to the point that no self-respecting germ would want to live in your body! (Or your liver fails, in which case the germs won't matter anyway.)
