    Is it just me, or do these Governors think that state of emergency gives them martial law powers?

    I have no doubt the socialists already in power will attempt to use this crises to consolidate the power they already have and leverage power they don't yet have. This weekend is when I expect more shelter in place orders and possibly martial law in some areas.

    Wouldn't martial law require some legislative action over an EO? I'm fairly certain it does.

    I'm also fairly certain that enforcing it will be about impossible.
