National Forests & BLM ground have different laws than do the National Parks. I know out here the State has diddly squat control over the Federal ground, that's why they're constantly trying to get the Feds to turn the deed for the National Forest & BLM land contained within the state. Big Agriculture/Farmers/Ranchers and developers want at the choice parcels.

Must be a KY thing. I know for firearms, the national land follows the state laws for carry, hunting etc. I don't think we really have BLM out here, not significantly.
"Every personís life is theirs by right. An individualís life can and must belong only to himself, not to any society or community, or he is then but a slave. No one can deny another person their right to their life, nor seize by force what is produced by someone else, because that is stealing their means to sustain their life. It is treason against mankind to hold a knife to a manís throat and dictate how he must live his life."
